Some Switronix EX-L96 batteries work OK with our chargers, some do not due to their plus and /or minus contacts recessed too deep in their plastic body. We carry them, but prior to shipping to our customers we test them to make sure the contacts make connection. If your battery is not recognized by our charger, carefully shaving off some excess plastic around the contacts usually helps. If you own one of our chargers, but did not buy the battery here, we will trim the problematic battery for you, please contact us for shipping arrangements.
