Shipping

Our standard shipping method within the continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is FedEx Ground service - Approx. 3-5 Business days delivery from shipping date. Other options include FedEx 3 Day service, 2 day delivery, and Next Day service. FedEx will NOT deliver to PO Boxes (can only be shipped via US Postal Service)

US drop ship (alternative shipping address)  and International Orders Terms & Conditions

For orders under $200.00 USD, the following payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Certified or Cashiers check, bank wire transfer. Wire transfer fee applies. Preferred shipping is via Fedex or Express Mail.

For orders over $200.00 USD and under $1,500.00 USD, the following payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Certified or Cashiers check, bank wire transfer. Shipping and billing address MUST be verified prior to shipping, NO EXCEPTIONS. With international credit cards, it may possibly take several days or longer to verify information. Dolgin Engineering is not responsible for shipping delays due to time needed to verify address information. Wire transfer fee applies. Preferred shipping is via Fedex or Express Mail.

For orders over $1,500.00 USD, the following payment methods are accepted: Certified or Cashiers check, bank wire transfer. Due to security reasons, we do not accept international credit cards for orders over $1,500.00 USD. Wire transfer fee applies. Preferred shipping is via FedEx International.

We generally process orders Monday - Friday. However, orders are normally not shipped until the following business day. Some items while showing as in stock, could require final configuration and test; please check with us if your order is urgent.

Returns

All returned merchandise must be in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, and documentation.
