Returns and refunds

We care about your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your "off the shelf" Dolgin Engineering manufactured products for any reason, you may return it to Dolgin Engineering within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below for a full refund less shipping cost.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Dolgin Engineering reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.

• All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, warranty cards/manuals, and accessories.
• Dolgin Engineering is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only, less shipping cost to and from the customer.
• Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Custom Made Products 

Please note that all custom made product sales including modifications, alterations, and made to order products are final. We cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges on all custom made products.  Please contact Dolgin Engineering regarding your custom order with any questions.
